LEVEL 1- PAGLALAKBAY NG PUSO
( VALUES ENRICHMENT SEMINAR)

The heart of every person is the base of our existence and the source of all our decisions in life.  This program would help us appreciate the dignity of the human person leading us to an introspection of our personal value system.  Through Kuwentong-buhay and self-reflection, the participants are led to ponder upon the virtues of Pagpapakatao at Pagmamalasakit.  Amidst all the conditions we are in, the only formula to assure our code of conduct is by going back to the VALUE OF PERSONHOOD.

LEVEL II - PAGLILINGKOD NG PUSO
(VALUES ENHANCEMENT SEMINAR)

The problem of today is not social, economical, nor political
but rather the crisis on values!  This program would hopefully enrich the value of Integrity as we learn to appreciate that the worth of a person in not merely competence nor credentials but of CHARACTER.  This seminar is activity-based and process-oriented which would challenge the participants to re-establish the roots of our servanthood. Our integrity would be a translation of our  service to God and our country.

LEVEL III - PAGPAPAHINGA NG PUSO
( STRESS MANAGEMENT)

In the midst of all the pressures we are confronted with everyday, we are in need of relief.  This program would equip the participants with the necessary skills on how to rest their mind, body and spirit.  It includes HUMOR IN THE WORKPLACE which would encourage synergy, inter-action and collaboration among co-workers.
It is a day of empowerment for the entire workforce as they unleash the joy
in their hearts which would allow them to maximize their potentials.

LEVEL IV- PAGHILOM NG PUSO
(  GENDER SENSITIVITY )
HUMAN DEVELOPMENT ( PSYCHO-SEXUAL MATURITY)

         An intervention of the human body affects not only our tissues and organs but the personhood himself.  This program fosters integral growth and healing.  It empowers the participants to witness to Christ’s words and works.  It truly helps the INTEGRAL AND HOLISTIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE PERSON.  Modules are designed for both the men and women.
          It also includes GENDER SENSITIVITY where the participants are made aware of their uniqueness of their personhood.  Yet creating a balanced mindset towards gender sensitive issues.  Respect for the human person is highlighted.

TEAM BUILDING/
COMMUNITY BUILDING with WORK ETHICS

           This program is more than the ideal TEAM-BUILDING where one is trained to work in synergy in order to achieve the desired output.  This program hopefully enables the participants to contribute to the COMMON GOOD of the company and the rest of our society through HANAP-BUHAY.  It is not merely a source of livelihood but the source of life as we appreciate B.U.H.A.Y which means Biyaya ng Ugnayan Hatid Ay Yaman!
