May we inform you that a certain Fr. Ferdinand C. Manguerra, who claims to be a member of the Congregation of Saint Jude, is certainly not a Roman Catholic Priest.

He has been reported to have been asking donation from our people. May we ask you to please caution your parishioners, constituents about him. This is for your proper guidance.
