Tonel, chair of the Episcopal Commission on Liturgy of the Catholic Bishops' Conference of the Philippines (CBCP-ECL) ose attending the Venerable Pope Paul VI Conference held on October 17, 2014 at the San Carlos Seminary, Makati City.
