Greetings of Peace!

February 29, 2004, the first Sunday of Lent, is also the 18th National Migrants’ Sunday with the theme ”HANDOG NG PILIPINO SA MUNDO – Filipinos everywhere Contributing to a Better World.”

In this connection, the CBCP Episcopal Commission for the Pastoral Care of Migrants and Itinerant People (ECMI) extends its invitation for a special celebration at the Luneta Park on that day.

I encourage you to participate in this celebration by a sending a delegation from your parish who are families of Overseas Filipino Workers.
