In this of the Eucharist and Mary, we will have an Archdiocesan Celebration of the Solemnity of the Body and Blood of Christ. The schedule of activities is as follows:

May 28
Saturday
(Sta. Cruz Church, Sta. Cruz, Manila)

1:00 – 5:00 p.m. Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament

Conferences on the Eucharist and Mary

5:00 p.m. Mass

6:00 p.m. Eucharistic Procession from Sta. Cruz Church to the Manila Cathedral in Intramuros

8:00 p.m. Start of Overnight Vigil (by Vicariates) at the Manila Cathedral

7:00 a.m. Mass

I will be with you during these days by presiding at the Eucharist on May 28 and 29. I will also join you in the procession of the Blessed Sacrament. I invite all priests to concelebrate with me these celebrations.

We also request you to send 25 delegates to the Conference. Please also encourage your parishioners and community to join the Eucharistic celebrations, procession and vigil. Vicar Foranes have also been tasked to enlist the participation of all the parishes in the vigil.

The Lord gives Himself to us in the Eucharist. Let this celebration be one of our loving acts as we observe this special year of grace.
